A Night at a Valentine’s Day Soirée

As many of you may know, on Sunday night, February 14th, we held a Valentine’s Day Soiree. I think it would be safe for me to say that it turned out to be a great success! The room looked wonderful and the attendees were more than “a ring-a-ding-ding”, as the Rat Pack might say.

The night was vintage themed and many showed up in their best twenties attire. Even those who didn’t show up in vintage clothes still looked great!

The food was great, the music excellent, and the company was better than ever!

After the event I was talking to some people about what my favorite part of the night was. After thinking it over for a few minutes, I decided that I loved to see so many couples getting together, fellowshipping and just have a blast together at a dinner and dance. We had some couples in the hallways of the KM Building learning how to swing dance and some couples on the dance floor forming a line and going in circles. All together, it was a hoot, and even I got some lessons.

The silent auction was a success and we even held a few surprise raffles including gift cards and a coffee basket.

Two words that sum up the night, “so fun”!

It was so exciting to see so many happy couples together on Valentine’s Day enjoying their company and loved ones. What’s equally as exciting was seeing so many people who wanted to support Fresh Life Radio in this way. These people have a heart for the ministry and they want to see the station continue to reach out to the lost through the airwaves in the Flathead and the cyberspace of the internet. So, thanks to everyone who came out and supported us, and thanks to everyone who helped out in one way or another.

This isn’t the last you’ll hear about Fresh Life Radio’s Valentine’s Day Soiree!

For the couples that came, we are going to try to get your pictures posted on the website as soon as we can, so keep checking back here while I keep you updated.
